A collaboration with media artist Brady Marks, who works with sound, light and kinetics. In improvised performance, Mackenzie’s live soundscapes (modular synthesis, field recordings, produced and processed acoustic samples, digital processing) are translated by Marks, through live coding, into a visual display of abstract landscapes.
Performed at Coda i.ii, OK3D, and at Interplay 2018, a festival of multidisciplinary approaches to performance.
